Yourselves, comfortable and warm clothes too...it can get chilly at night even in the summer. Friday night dinner will be outside and so is our Saturday wedding. Lots of options for hiking in and around town so pack hiking boots if that's your thing.

Montrose Airport is a ~2h drive to Crested Butte and tends to be a good option from a lot of places (closer than Denver and more affordable flights than Gunnison). Gunnison Airport is a 35min drive to CB and the closest airport but also tends to have the priciest flights. Denver Airport is about a 4.5h drive to Crested Butte. Colorado Springs airport is ~5h drive to Crested Butte ****Once you get to Crested Butte you don't need a car especially if you stay in town. You can book a shuttle from most airports to Crested Butte and there are free town shuttle buses. Stacy has good friends that are true CB natives and has loved visiting them in the summer and winter months for years. We know it is a little challenging to get to CB but once you arrive you will be able to relax and enjoy all the natural beauty the town offers. We are so excited to share our special day in a beautiful place surrounded by our closest friends and family. Crested Butte was often said to be the birthplace of CO mountain biking in the ‘70s. Picture a romantic day in the mountains where Clint Eastwood and Johnny Cash tip their hats to Dolly Parton and Julia Roberts — timeless, a little Western, and full of heart. We’re calling it Rustic Mountain Chic — polished but comfortable, with a nod to the West. Flowy dresses, boots or flats (shoes you can wear in a field!), and soft, natural colors will feel right at home. For the guys: a nice shirt, pants or dark jeans — no sport coats or ties needed. The ceremony will be outdoors in the mountain sun, so come prepared for warm weather and uneven ground. The reception is indoors at the Crested Butte Museum, but the mountain air can still cool off quickly — bring a layer for the evening just in case. Come dressed to celebrate, sip, and dance — Western spirit optional, love required.
